Excavation and Site Work
We cater to any size projects and commercial sites. Specializing in earth moving, site balancing, fine grading, road building, as well as we practice GPS machine control. We provide expert advice and in-person site evaluations with our Senior Estimator, John Lepien, or with our owner, Chad Listerman.
Pipe Laying
Each year we lay miles of piping that contribute to storm, sewer, and water mains. Whether it is a new installation, repair work, or an upgrade, we can do it all. From 3/4 inch quarter water service lines to 20-foot box culverts, we are confident and knowledgeable experts that can adhere to any underground piping service.
Trucking & Providing
We truck away or can provide customers with sand, stone, gravel, recycled concrete, asphalt, limestone, and more. The materials are taken or retrieved from one of three of our local sand and gravel pits that coincide with our company.
Residential
We have a dedicated team that specializes in the residential form of excavation and site evaluation. From house foundations, basement excavation, and driveway repair or implementation, we carry out our work with precision and consideration of the neighborhood around us.
Agricultural
A significant portion of our work deals with agricultural sites. The leading key services being laying foundations, digging lagoons, irrigation repair or implementation, and trucking services, most common being delivery of our locally processed cow sand.
Sand & Gravel
We work out of three sand and gravel pits that are partnered with CL Trucking; Keiffer Pit, Stony Creek, and Westbrook. At these pits we have designated men specializing in working equipment that processes road gravel, crushed asphalt and concrete, cow sand, pea stone, ​6A stone, 2NS sand, class 2 and 3 sand, and wash stone.
Municipality
Operating out of Ionia, we often work with the city and county--or the surrounding counties by providing our excavating services-- ​whether it be roadwork, water and sewer, residential work, and any excavating related service.
